In tune

May 9, 2013 | Drawing, Sculpture

I am familiar with the shape of the stone, when drawing I can almost move in the mass, navigating my way from side to side and upside down…a good place to be, to make decisions that are in tune with the material and it’s form and slowly (as always) the idea for the form get’s tighter, gains tension and flows in it’s space, but of course easier said then done….I am on my way.
